This article will explain how you create a Parent / Child structure for schools and how to distribute licenses to them.
First of all, you're going to give the parent school Parent Rights by navigating to the school: School Management -> Schools -> Edit details and check the "Is parent?" question:
After you've set the school to parent, you're going to create the child schools, after the child school is created go to School Management -> Schools -> Edit details and select the parent you've just created:

Navigate to School Management -> Schools -> License history and click Add License here you can choose to inherit licenses from the parent school:
When the child environment wants to buy new licenses, you can add them with the parent school. The child schools can inherit the purchased licenses from now on.
