The ZuluDesk app (version 4.0 or newer) will be automatically configured using Managed Configuration if the following criteria are met:
- The app is pushed using ZuluDesk and is marked as a "Managed App"
- The device has a owner, this can be either:
- For 1:1 iPads: the device has a owner
- For Shared iPads: there is currently a Managed Apple ID logged in which is known in your environment
If the above criteria are not met, the app will display a login screen where the user has to login with his username and password provided by the school.
Once a Managed Apple ID logs in on a Shared a new "Managed Configuration" will be pushed to the app making sure the currently logged in user will see his details in the app.
If the iPad switches owner a new "Managed Configuration" will be pushed automatically to make sure the current owner will the his details, apps, documents and profiles in the app.
