Why do my teachers see the student App?

If there is an issue that one of the teachers can’t see Teacher App, please check the following steps:

  • Is the teacher assigned to the right group
  • Are the ZuluDesk Teacher settings in the group set to ‘Allowed’
  • Under ZMS > Organisation > Settings > ZuluDesk Teacher, is there a setting/restriction that conflicts with the teachers settings/presence?
  • Reset the teachers credentials

If the teacher is still not able to see the teacher App after all this is checked, please gather information on the issue and submit a ticket.
